A beautiful bedroom does not guarantee a good night’s sleep

Many people invest in decorating their bedrooms, thinking that a beautiful space will automatically promote rest. However, in traditional Feng Shui, sleep does not depend on aesthetics, but on how the space physically and energetically supports the body. A bedroom can be beautiful, but too stimulating: excessive light, uncomfortable circulation, unsuitable bed position or lack of stability. Sleep is often the first sign that there is an imbalance in the bedroom: waking up during the night, light sleep, persistent fatigue. Feng Shui does not seek to transform the space at any cost, but to identify what is causing unnecessary fatigue and restore a more supportive balance. A personalised analysis often allows simple adjustments to be made without changing the entire bedroom.
