Traditional feng shui, which literally means “wind and water,” is a branch of traditional Chinese medicine that is over 3,500 years old.
Formerly reserved for emperors, it was then used to build palaces and cities.
Today, considered an art, feng shui aims to harmonize the environmental energy (qi) of a place so as to promote the well-being, health and prosperity of its occupants.
The interaction between the environment and you is very strong!
Feng shui aims to arrange homes or workplaces according to their "energies" in order to obtain harmony, a balance of forces and an optimal circulation of energy.
It is about stimulating the positive energy of the place by creating a harmony around Yin and Yang and the 5 elements which are fire, earth, metal, water and wood; and by arranging one’s living space to stimulate the circulation of energy.
It is also about limiting negative energies by removing unhealthy objects or eliminating energy blockages.
My advice is adapted to your constraints and I reuse your objects as much as possible by moving them. So, you usually don't have much to buy for decoration. I am not for the purchase of "good luck" items either, but rather for the bare necessities.
Taking care of your interior is taking care of yourself, because properly arranged, it becomes a support, supports us and stimulates us...
